As the sole owner and broker of Giometti Realty, Danny takes an independent, client-focused approach, providing personalized service, direct broker access, and thoughtful guidance throughout every transaction.

A South Orange County resident since 1990, Danny brings a deep understanding of the communities and real estate markets he serves. His expertise extends well beyond buying and selling homes, with professional experience as a City Planner and a Master’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of California, Irvine. This background gives him a unique understanding of zoning, land use, development, building permits, and the regulatory factors that can significantly impact a property.

In addition to his real estate brokerage experience, Danny is a Mortgage Loan Originator, allowing him to help clients evaluate both the real estate and financing sides of a transaction. Whether buying, selling, renting, and/or financing, Danny combines local knowledge, unique expertise, and practical real-world experience to help clients make informed decisions with confidence.

Outside of real estate, Danny is passionate about the Southern California outdoor lifestyle. A former collegiate swimmer at UC Irvine and lifelong waterman, he enjoys surfing, swimming, mountain biking, and spending time outdoors with his family. His connection to the lifestyle and communities of South Orange County is not just professional (it’s personal).
