His background as a City Planner and his Master’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning from UC Irvine add a deep understanding of zoning, land use, development and building permits. His expertise extends well beyond buying and selling homes, with professional experience as a City Planner and a Master’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of California, Irvine. Outside of real estate, Danny is passionate about the Southern California outdoor lifestyle. A former collegiate swimmer at UC Irvine and lifelong waterman, he enjoys surfing, swimming, mountain biking, and spending time outdoors with his family.
